Our Legacy Interviews last approximately 4 hours, from which the recording will be edited down to somewhere between 2-3 hours. This might be further enhanced by some of your favourite music or snippets of archive material (of up to 30 minutes) provided by you. We will require 1 hour to set up our audio equipment and possibly 2 hours to set up video equipment if required. The Interviews would normally take place in a suitable quiet room of your home, however we can conduct the interviews in another venue if you prefer.​ 

We will send a questionnaire to complete in advance of the interview and advise allocating 30-60 minutes of 1:1 discussion prior to the interview commencing so that we can get to know you better and fully appreciate the context and desired tone and tempo of the production. Please therefore expect us to require 6-7 hours onsite (including setting up and packing up).

For Online Legacy Interviews, our approach is the same as above, however all we will require is 4 hours for the interview and half an hour immediately before and after the interview to discuss. Should you be unfamiliar with video conferencing, please allow an additional half hour before the interview to enable us to assist you. We would strongly recommend you purchase an external microphone to improve the sound quality. We can recommend suitable microphones and could even lend you one if needed (although this might incur costs for recorded delivery and return).

Once approved by you, the finished work will be delivered by downloadable MP3 file (password protected) for audio interviews and/or by USB memory stick (recorded delivery).
