OUR CREATIVE PROCESS IN 5 STEPS
All enquiries benefit from an initial, FREE and confidential Consultation to establish your needs. We prefer this is done face to face, either in person or by video link, however telephone consultations are also possible. Simply complete the enquiry form and we will contact you, usually within 24 hours.

Together, with either you or your chosen recipient of a gift/pledge voucher, we will determine the parameters of the project, such as its purpose, audience, style and mood, whether celebratory, solemn, witty or romantic. We will also establish timelines and formats, language options and whether the work is to be written in the third person or autobiographically.

Having determined and agreed the parameters, we will require your acceptance of LifeScribe's Terms & Conditions and either full or initial payment depending upon the payment plan chosen. We will then be able to get to work on your project. With these formalities out of the way, the research phase can begin.

RESEARCH
The research phase is critical to the success of the project and will require your absolute trust and collaboration in giving LifeScribe access to archive material and information that will help to complete the Life Story or Tribute. We may also need to arrange an interview with you, either in person or online. Integrity and confidentiality will be assured at all times.
COMPILATION

This is the phase in which LifeScribe will write, design and compile the Life Story or Tribute, providing you with regular updates and progress checks to ensure you are happy with the look and content of the work and to allow for any necessary adjustments. Image copyright licensing will also be addressed and resolved at this time.
DELIVERY

Following your signature of approval, the final version of the completed Life Story or Tribute will be produced to the format of your choice, whether book, ebook, film, audio or display, and delivered to you, gift wrapped if desired. Please note that all commissioned projects, other than display, are for personal use only.
